Complaints Procedure
There is a procedure agreed by the governing body for dealing with any complaints about the school curriculum and other related issues. A copy of the full complaints procedure is available for reference in school.
The procedure provides:
1. that there should normally be a preliminary informal discussion with the Head Teacher, or other appropriate school staff, to see if the complaint can be resolved without recourse to the formal procedures;
2. that, if the complaint cannot be resolved informally, the complainant should write to the chair of the governing body to respond to complaints.
