Cambridge University visit 2009

When we arrived at Cambridge, it was amazing, the University is a beautiful place. We had a tour around Cambridge where we saw the different colleges and historic buildings. The King's Chapel is a brilliant church where we were taught about Engineering and how the arched roof of the chapel was made. During the tour we visited one of the houses where students stay which offer very good facilities. After the tour we ate lunch in the dining hall before being taught about Law by a Professor at the University. He told us about some court cases and how it works if you wish to become a lawyer. I found this lesson particularly interesting. After that it was Medicine which, again, was very informative.  We even had the opportunity to ask some existing Cambridge students all about their life at university.  I am really glad I went as it has opened up many choices for me in the future. I learnt a lot about university life and also about how you need to get good grades to achieve the best you can.
